The benefits of this type of bodywork will include a mini sound bowl to waken your nervous system and end with a closing of the sound bowl to assist in grounding your body. This unique session will help your body in relieving muscle aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. (Your pressure is contingent to your preference) Deep tissue is a add-on service.
